Refunds

Refunds are only available for medical conditions upon receipt of a valid medical certificate. All requests must be in writing or via e-mail to the customer services e-mail address below

Transfer of minutes and sessions

The transfer of minutes or sessions between stores and customers is not permitted. All minutes must be used at the store at which they were purchased

Client lotion storage

Please note that the customer lotion storage facility is provided as a gesture of goodwill and we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any losses whatsoever.

Damage/loss of client property

Please note that The Tanning Shop cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to clients property whilst on the premises.

Changes to personal circumstances

Clients are required to inform the Tanning Shop immediately of any change in circumstances that affect their eligibility to use UV or Spray Tanning equipment.

Changes to clients accounts

Please note that any changes to clients accounts must be made via email or letter to the customer services email customerservies@thetanningshop.co.uk.

Expiration of minutes and sessions

Please note that all minutes and sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Appointments

Unfortunately we are currently unable to admininster appointments via the website. Please call or visit the store whereby staff will be happy to assist you.
