How often do I need to have a Red Light Therapy Session to see changes and Improvements?

With consistent use, you’ll notice lasting improvements in skin texture, tone and overall wellness. 

Our red light therapy sessions are 15 minutes long and we recommend no more than one session in a 24-hour period. The recommended protocol for red light therapy is a minimum of 3 sessions per week and a maximum of 6 per week. The key to red light therapy is consistency, unlike a sunbed you are unlikely to see instant changes after your first session, but with continued treatment, you will see and feel the changes from this revolutionary bed!
