Looking after the skin you're in hydration and skincare tips from The Tanning Shop UK

The summer is coming and it is so important to look after your skin. Keeping your skin healthy will help enhance your tanning results.

Look after your skin with these 3 steps: 

Moisturise -It’s important you take care of your skin. Remember to keep your skin moisturised to maintain your skin’s hydration levels.  Dehydrated skin can start to feel dry and look tired. Dry skin can affect your tanning journey and slow down your results.

Hydration – Keep your skin hydrated from the inside out! Drinking plenty of water can help restore hydration to your skin. We always advise to drink water pre and post tanning sessions.

Exfoliation -Make sure to gently exfoliate your skin regularly. This will help remove any dead or dry skin cells. Dry and dead skill cells will prolong your tanning journey and block the UV rays. 

Remember to book your tanning session in advance to avoid waiting times and disappointment during our peak season!

Spray Tanning is available from age 14. Spray Tanning customers under the age of 16 must attend their appointment with a parent or guardian.
