“I’ve found the tanning shot has a really pleasant taste. It’s not an overpowering flavour or bitter to drink. I would describe it as being very similar to orange squash! When having a sunbed, I always use a tanning shot alongside a lotion, as I feel doubling up on both really does give a darker tan. I can tell the difference when I don’t use one now! I have also noticed my skin isn’t as dry as I tend to get eczema and it feels notably smoother, particularly after a sunbed. With all the added vitamins, I don’t feel as tired as usual and feel like I’ve got a lot more energy.
